Our Location

Heartland is conveniently located near US Highways 220 and 29 and Interstates 73 and 40.  We're directly adjacent to the Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital.

The Greater Greensboro area is an exciting location for family and friends that may be visiting.  It continues to grow by combining a positive outlook with traditional Southern charm.  Family members in for a visit are sure to find plenty of things to do!
